Our Story
Jonathan Merrill and a life long best friend spent their adult lives as chefs for different hotels and businesses.
They wanted to open up their own restaurant one day, so they did. In 2019, The Colossal Sandwich Shop was officially born not only wanted to make huge and delicious sandwiches, but to make a difference in the surrounding community.
OUR FAMILY
We are a family-owned business so the word "family" to us holds a heavy weight. From the beginning, we've had people from all over the world show support in our highest moments and also in our lowest moments. We are more than a sandwich shop. We are a group of people who love each other dearly.
Our family is truly our most treasured part of the Colossal heart.
